What is still unknown in your project plan?
A project plan can look finished while its most important answers are still missing.
Start with the next decision
Choose one decision the project is approaching, such as whether to investigate a candidate location or compare two possible setups. List the question that would change that decision. The evidence page is more useful when it has a purpose than when it collects every interesting fact you encounter.
Record source, date, and scope
Keep the source title or location, the date you checked it, and the specific question it addresses together. Distinguish a direct observation, a document, and a suggestion. A photo or product description may inspire a question without answering it. Do not make the source support a broader claim than it actually does.
Leave gaps visible
Write unknown when you lack an answer and note the appropriate place to investigate. A blank is not a reason to invent a number, permission, or result. Keep private addresses, household records, and access details out of the public version. The worksheet helps organize questions; it does not assess a site.
Choose one check
Select a missing answer that affects the next step and identify a relevant source. You may decide to keep researching or pause an unstarted idea while the information is incomplete. Save the headings Question, Source, Date, and Scope in a notebook you already own.
Bring this checklist
- Keep actual observations separate from interpretations.
- Record source, date and scope.
- Mark proposed versus agreed responsibilities.
- Choose one next investigation and return point.
Optional planning supplies
Start with paper, a pencil, and anything you already own. A notebook or binder can help keep observations, source links, and household project questions together.
