Keep one routine you willingly used
Which routine did you willingly use, and which part would you keep? Review an actual example if you have one.
Review something that happened
Choose an actual use of a routine and record the task, date, and participants who willingly took part. If there has been no use, keep the routine as a proposal. An untried worksheet is not a result to report.
Name the useful part precisely
Ask what helped someone understand the task and what still required clarification. One useful heading is a specific observation, not proof that the whole system works. Keep claims proportionate to the example and retain unresolved questions.
Ask before retaining the routine
Check whether the people involved want to keep the arrangement. Participation in one trial does not automatically create an ongoing commitment. Keep existing responsibilities and any new proposal distinct so that the record reflects actual agreements.
Choose one revision
Retain a useful heading, simplify a step, or investigate an open question. You do not need a savings total or transformation story. Share the general lesson in comments while keeping private access details, schedules, and disagreements in the household record.
Bring this checklist
- Name one task and the question it raises.
- Keep sources, dates, scope and unknowns visible.
- Separate proposals from actual agreements.
- Choose a willing next check; keep private details private.
Optional planning supplies
